Will I be able to breast feed after breast
reduction surgery?
When the nipple preservation technique is used
in breast reduction surgery, 80% of these patients breast feed successfully.
However, if the free nipple graft technique is used then the nipple
does not maintain its' function and the patient would be unable
to breast feed.
What cup size will I be?
Unless otherwise discussed Dr. Siwy will make
you a C cup.
How much bruising will I have and how long
will it last?
The amount of bruising differs with each patient.
You may begin to wear make-up after l week to conceal any bruising
that remains.

Where will the incision line be?
Dr. Siwy uses the inframammary crease line.
Will the implant be under the muscle?
Yes, Dr. Siwy puts the implant under the muscle.
Will I be abe to breast feed?
Yes you could breast feed; however their could
be a slight risk of infection to the implant if you developed mastitits
from breast feeding.
How much bruising will I have and how long
will it last?
The amount of bruising differs with each patient.
But the bruising you incur usually last approximately 2 weeks.
